Remindee is the Android reminder app for people who hate setting reminders.
I use a bunch of different apps for taking notes, recording voice memos, and managing my schedule, so I’m always ready with a suggestion if someone asks me what they should use to get organized. But if you don’t care to cram your phone with productivity apps and still need a way to remember stuff, there’s one you should definitely try.

Remindee for Android lets you create reminders from any app that lets you share content – whether that’s your Reddit client, web browser, or online store of choice. Just hit the ‘Share’ button, or select text or an image and share it to Remindee, and you’ll be greeted by a pop-up that lets you set a time to be reminded of said content.

I found it handy when saving recipes I intended to cook later in the week from my browser, as well as with articles I wanted to read later, and with information about events in my city that I wanted to check out. After you’ve added a reminder, it’ll show up in a list in Remindee, where you can archive or edit it if necessary.

Democrats say there’s hope for US net neutrality yet.
Democrats in the US Senate said they’ll force a vote to reverse the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) recent move to repeal net neutrality guidelines for internet service providers (ISPs), reports Reuters.

We heard this from Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer last month too, and we noted that it wouldn’t be easy for Congress to fight the FCC on the matter, owing to a large number of Republican representatives in the house who were opposed to saving net neutrality. But now, the Democrats have an ally in Republican Senator Susan Collins, who voiced her support for overturning the FCC’s decision.

With that, Democrats now only need one more Republican in the Senate to back a vote to repeal the FCC’s action.

It still isn’t a cakewalk, as a reversal of the FCC vote to kill net neutrality would require approval from not just the Senate, but also the US House and President Trump – the latter of whom supported the decision.

Twitter reveals what it would take for Trump’s tweets to be censured.
In a blog post last week, Twitter finally responded to the growing concerns about Trump’s seeming carte blanche to send whatever messages he wants on the service, regardless of whether or not any of his tweets break the service’s rules. Basically, Twitter decided that we’re all better off if world leaders are able to express themselves freely on the platform and confirmed that it has no plans to ban the president or take down his most controversial tweets.

While some of the platitudes in Twitter’s blog post failed to ring true, the explanation made sense. That aside, Twitter can run its business any way it wants. But as much sense as it made, the explanation was still a bit lacking, which is why Bruce Daisley, Twitter’s VP in Europe, followed up on the post in an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live.
